This includes labs drawn in-office to confirm that you are an appropriate candidate for this weight loss program. This also offers baseline data that we can compare at the time that your next labs are due.

Weight Loss Labs - READ FEE

This applies only to patients who bring their labs in from previous records. Labs must be reviewed for appropriate timing and also to ensure that proper labs have been drawn. These may be no greater than 6 months old. This fee is included with labs drawn in-office.

Weight Loss Follow-Up Visit

This type of visit may be virtual or in-office.

BALANCE Program

This is our most popular weight loss program. It utilizes semaglutide, which is a once-weekly injectable medication that showed at least 10% body weight reduction in 2/3 of trial patients. While not approved for treatment of these conditions, semaglutide also offers significant improvements in blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugars for many patients.

This includes your medication and supplies shipped directly to you every TWO months. This also includes a bluetooth body composition scale, scheduled check-ins with your provider, and unlimited access should questions or concerns arise.

This includes 12 weeks of your medication and supplies shipped directly to you. This also includes a bluetooth body composition scale, 2 scheduled check-ins with your provider, and unlimited access should questions or concerns arise.

12-Week Program Continuation

This includes an additional 12 weeks of your medication and supplies. This price does increase if a higher than typical dose is required.

BALANCE Maintenance

Once you have achieved desired weight, the medication is typically weaned. This weaning process is customized to your specific needs.
